From M60

Leave the M60 at junction 7 signed 'Altrincham A56' Follow the A56 for 2.5 miles towards Altrincham then turn left onto Park Road towards Timperley. Go over the bridge and then take the fourth right onto Moss Lane. Moss Lane will turn into Brook Way and then Brook Lane. After half a mile turn right onto Deansgate Lane and then second right onto Victoria Avenue.

From Manchester

Take the A56 towards Altrincham and pass Old Trafford, through Stretford and then under the M60. 2.5 miles after passing the M60, turn left onto Park Road towards Timperley. Go over the bridge and then take the fourth right onto Moss Lane. Moss Lane will turn into Brook Way and then Brook Lane. After half a mile turn right onto Deansgate Lane and then second right onto Victoria Avenue.
